We are not just collagues!
With us, there are plenty activities to do! At Balance Development we are proud and happy to do things together. It brings us closer. We try to find something for everyone, from sharing a pleasant After Work, going to a theater, or organizing a more ambitious conference trip. We strive to listen to your desires and then make everybody's wish come true.
How do we create well-being?
Everyone knows that physical activity is good for the body. But did you know that exercise can also be very important for your mental well-being? Whether it's a walk in the forest, a bike ride, or a workout at the gym, it can make you feel better mentally.
So how does exercise affect mental health? When we talk about exercise, it's important to emphasize that a workout can take many different forms. Some prefer to take a chill walk, while others would rather lift weights at the gym. The most important thing is not how you exercise, but that you actually do it. At Balance Development, we support you in this! That's why we have perhaps the most generous offer for exercise benefits on the market; we try to include all types of training. Whether you're climbing, practicing archery, dancing, or taking an agility course, we're here to help you!
Piemont Conference
A part of our collagues used the opportunity and joined us to go on a conference trip to Piemont. This allowed them to forge stronger bonds among each other while participating in fantastic activities. These activities included visits to technology museums and various outdoor adventures.
Summer party with the families
We usually organize a picnic or BBQ for colleagues and their families, in order to spend quality time together and get to know each other better. By getting to know each other's families and having them get to know us, we often gain a better understanding of what is important now and meaningful even for future generations. This is a highly valued relationship in its simplicity.
Conference trip to Toulouse
During our conference trip to Toulouse, we had, among other things, a factory tour at Airbus and a visit to the Space Center that excited our tech-savvy colleagues. In addition to technology, we also enjoyed physical activity through cycling along the canal and taking a swim or two.
Remote work and conference trip in Parma (Italy)
This year our company decided to mix things up a little bit, and we combined offsite, remote work with our annual conference trip so we can spend more time together. Our conference trip activities included the Lamborghini factory and museum, visiting Formula One, and we learnt about how Parma ham, cheese, wine and balsamic vinegar is made.
What will be the next event? It is up to you!
